Their site says "fixed price" (as all car dealerships would like to be) but I wondering if anyone knows if they're negotiable?
thanks

seems fixed prices on real estate is negotiable, thought id ask the question
So offer $9 and see what happens. Given they list cars at auction and others fixed price I would say you are dreaming.
Maybe you can also ask if they have fixed price on their auction cars?
Also generally fixed price cars are newer cars with mileage under 100K as they "know" the retail value, where as 1998 250K km cars they have no clue, so they auction them off
I can ask, and they can say no.. I don't see the problem
@bn030687: Absolutely, far better place to ask than here.. Good luck
If it works might share the knowledge here.
@RockyRaccoon: I agree
Stabs myself
I don't think it is an unreasonable question.
My partner recently looked at a car at Grays fixed price. She was ready to buy with cash, and asked what they could do to improve the deal, and they said nothing.
She offered $500 below the sticker price and they declined.
She bought elsewhere.
I am actually in favour of no haggling car sales. The costly dealer system needlessly adds way too much overhead to buying and selling. And it leads to situations where people with equally good money pay different prices for identical cars because the competition isn't transparent.
Manheim car auctions - large and professional ….. Google their website
You could try a car broker if you're trying to get as good a price as possible. If they give you a price and you can find it cheaper elsewhere you wont have to use them. Eg Red Plum
r u srs?
what does fixed price mean to you?
do you goto woolies and negotiate a price?
