Ripped up the old carpet in the spare room a while ago and need something down before my mates arrives on the 15th as he'll be staying for two weeks,ideally it would be anti static and microbial as I normally do PC builds in there with the occasional fixing of appliances.
Room is 9.94m squared give or take :p
I also retired the underlay/matting as it was time, open to other alternatives of flooring as well because of the requirements being antimicrobial and anti static.
Looked at Bunnings, Godfrey's and carpet call, feel free to drop a link from one of them if you think its worth a look, I only skimmed across them with the search filter.
10m2 is good enough to look on Gumtree for leftover flooring. I have seen some laminate flooring go for peanuts on Gumtree because they are clearance. I did my spare room that way. Basically, the flooring company has sold most of the stock in that colour and is left with some that is too small for jobs.
