Tablets with a stylus

I'm looking for a Tablet to do One-Note with a stylus, watch movies, and perhaps run some topo mapping apps. I'm thinking an 8" would be best, but willing to look at 10". 4G isn't essential, but tolerable. Trying to spend as little as possible, but still effectively meet my needs.

Any recommendations?
