I saw this special in Supa IGA Castle Hill NSW but am unsure if this is available in other stores or states. Please comment if you see this in other stores.

My wife bought one yesterday. Not fresh and put it into garden. Maybe just bad luck.
I bought a 10kg one last weekend. Absolutely beautiful. So most likely just a bad pick.
Good on you. I bought a 4kg one and yet to try it. Do you know how to pick a good one?
sort of, but hard for me to describe. essentially knock it and hear the sound.
not sure if google helps.
My wife bought one yesterday. Not fresh.
Show her how to check for good watermelons.
Hollow knock it and go for the heavier than it looks one?
That's how I found my wife… :)
Iga price match any grocery store afaik
My local fruit shop has been on this price most of the time, unfortunately it is hit and miss so I prefer to buy from Coles or woolies when they are on special around $1 per kg. They don't charge more for cut ones.
These watermelons look like they have sad faces.
How to they grow new watermelons without the seeds?
