Before you put me in my place I have done the research (rtings and other forums) and read the last 10 pages of this forum also, but keen to see why people prefer the Hisense N7 over the Samsung 6103. I want to take advantage of the GG sale (10% off). I will use this for predominately sport, gaming and movies.
Also I noticed the rtings review of the similar US model of the Samsung it stipulates 60HZ refresh rate rather than the 100 that is stated.
Or happy for other suggestions under $1,000

in my research, it seems that at this price range, N7 is actually better than the entry Samsung with the IQ, color depth and local dimming. Samsung may or may not have all of these and when it does, it is often subpar to that of N7. Not saying Samsung is crap, just saying they reserve the better ones for their higher end models as opposed to the Series 6.
