If only I lived in Victoria, I would definitely go to watch The Greatest Showman again. Great movie. Even better this time it's free :P

  • Title should be updated as it appears to be from the 8th to the 10th

Tossing up on which one to see

Greatest Showman doesn't interest me at all, but the missus wanted to see it, so good boyfriend points at no monetary cost.
Guardians was alright, but paled compared to the first one and I have no real need to see it again.
Ferdinand straight up looks like shit, and my 2 year old is too young to remember that one, so we'd do better to see one of the first two.

    Decisions, decisions.

You won't regret watching the greatest showman :)

From working at a cinema, I've heard nothing but good things about The Greatest Showman. Even from those who didn't realise it was a musical. Everyone comes out smiling.

Loved the greatest showman. I was lucky enough to go to a Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus in Chicago 3 years back before they packed it up and it was awesome! So was cool to see it's origins. For about 2 weeks after watching it, all me and the gf played was that song 'This is the greatest show!' so catchy!

That said of the movies listed, haven't seen Ferdinand, so booked it in. Hope it's not too crap.

    • Saw it recently. Was thinking it was Paint Your Wagon all over again as soon as they started singing!

      Great movie though.

    • Greatest showmwan for sure for brownie points with the mrs, agree with guardians wasn't the same as the previous and ferdinand the kids got bored and never watched it to the end and readlly haven't seemed seem too fussed to watch the end.

    • (profanity) it, y'all have convinced me to see Hugh Jackman and co.

Guess I'll be watching Wolverine serenade Mary Jane this weekend. Cheers for the recommendation, dudes.

    • The Greatest Showman is the only movie I've ever experienced almost the whole cinema audience clapping at the end.

      • I had half the cinema clap Doctor (profanity) Strange.

People can be easily impressed nowadays.

        • LOL funny how you mention that, it's one of the only movies where I witnessed people walk out halfway through. There's been others, but not many.

        • @pennypincher98: I'm not gonna pretend it was amazing or anything, but it was decent enough.

        • @TheDukeOfNukem: if I am being 100% honest the fact that I paid to see that was almost as bad as the movie itself.

No one was clapping in mine but I definitely clapped in my heart + the desire to watch it again (which never happened before on any movies I've seen)

I registered but haven't received anything other than a guide? Does that mean I'm in or do I need some sort of ticket?

    • Having the same question… Last year I did receive the tickets at some stage.

  • Really loved the Greatest Showman too. Not sure it's the Sing-Along version :)

  • searching for Point Park, Point Park Crescent, Melbourne Docklands on google maps - doesn't show a park .. trying to figure out where this is ? is it on the southbank side ?

  • Looks like the greatest showman in out of stock

    • I was able to book but am yet to receive confirmation in my email for The Greatest Showman.

Updtate - the email with the guide came, not tickets however.

  • Can’t book the Greatest Showman ☹️

Theres no ticket required - just show up on the dot. Do you guys reckon it'll get super crowded especially on the first movie?
