I've tried to call them on their 1300 number and every conceivable options, I simply CANNOT reach a live person regarding my order. Does anyone have a proper phone number for contacting them?

Maybe buying from them was a bad move and now it's even worse.

    Too late, they've already shipped my order and have no interest to assist..needless to say, their lack of assistance have left a sour taste.
