Is the build quality/cable management up to par with say an MWAVE/PCCG build (like an in-store retailer)?
&
I purchased this on the 18th of Jan and expecting it within a reasonable time. yet its the 1st of FEB now and it hasn't even been sent/shipped. I've contacted the seller and this was their response given on the 22nd. Am I just being too impatient?

"These machines are actually custom assembled to order so it takes a few days for the techs to build the machine and then to test it before we ship it out. This item should ship out early next week I believe"

Why don't you ask the seller?

He did contact the seller. He just wants to know if it’s unreasonable to expect it to have already been delivered.

IMO, you’ve waited long enough. Takes a couple of hours to build the machine. Testing takes 5 minutes. Maybe they don’t have the parts. But they should be honest and tell you that.

I'd ask questions about the PSU, you don't want a shabby one

They can be a bit slow.
A component may be out of stock.
    Should turn up soon.
Best they are given time to conduct a decent stress test.
    Good Luck!

It is late, they haven't met their commitment to you. You have two options here
    1. Complain, but unlikely to speed up the process. You would be right to complain.
    2. Just keep waiting patiently. Despite their lateness you probably will still receive it. I know you are really keen to get it, you've worked hard to earn that money, done your research, and really just wanna set it up and play some PUBG. I get that man. I feel this way a lot too with things but then i gotta remind myself that I have clients from my work (juvenile justice) who grew up breaking into homes to steal stuff so their parents can smoke ice. And when I think back to that I slap myself in the face with a durian and remind myself that I can walk into my fridge right now and eat a clean healthy heal and wash it down with a nice cold glass of Bonsoy, and the only thing I need to worry about in life is waiting a little longer for my $1 Xiaomi light to arrive. That's a pretty good thing to have to worry about.

It's ok man, just sit tight.

    • Thanks for that comment. I guess as I've gotten older I've become more impatient. I remember the days when it'd take a week to download a movie at 100 kb/s yet I didn't mind to wait it out. Too used to these days everything being instant.

Realest thing I've read in a long time. Appreciate it
