    I just have the email from Velocity themselves so I don't think it is targeted.

      I thought it's different? Explorer is from the MR Gateway program which is less value compared to Ascent

        It’s all Membership Rewards though although the conversion rate is different for Ascent vs Gateway, the former being the more favourable one for freq flyer point transfer.

  Can anyone explain if the 15% bonus points is just a normal bonus held regularly?? Stockpiling qantas points for the next yr before heading to velocity but if 15% is just the standard bonus isnt it better to stockpile amex mr and have it flexible to transfer to other airline reward programs if we choose to not go with velocity??i believe it can be tf to asia miles and other airlines??

  No way to go through some transfers to get it into qantas ff.?

  Likely targeted? when i log into amex there is no mention of 15%.
