Is it better to pay for items on Chinese websites in AUD or USD, what is the best one to use considering exchange and transaction cost's and the final cost charged to a CC or Debit card. I use a CiTi debit card, but comment from the OzBargain team would be appreciated!.

You generally get better rates from the banks than what the websites offer.
