I'm not a big fan of Myer collection but got a Myer loyalty card so I made a order with 2 items. However, I didn't wanted to spend extra on shipping coz it's just 2km away from my place so I put click and collect.
However 1 item got the correct pickup store which is WA but the other item went to somewhere else which is NSW and I was wondering how did that happened. So I tried to make another order with same items and it didn't ask from me to put different store to different items it looks like their technical difficulty.
So I ask from their customer support to give me a solution for this and they offer me to do a free shipping for the item, I made the order in 12-01-2018 since I made the order they haven't send me any tracking info or shipped notification. When I ask from them what happened and when I can get this shippment done they still saying "We have followed-up with fulfilment with regards to the tracking information of the parcel. We will update you as soon as fulfilment comes back to us."
This will be my first and last order with Myer, they have the terrible online experience and customer care, have you guys been through a situation like this before?
I've been through much worse in my life yet don't find the need to whinge on ozbargain about it
