Recommend Car Charger and Power Bank with Power Delivery USB PD

Hello,

I am looking for a Car Charger and Power Bank combination, so my power bank will get recharged while I am driving.

Could you please recommend one that is cost effective, reliable and can be delivered to Australia.

I would like to get 20000mah or greater.

  take a look from ebay ( multifunction car jump starter ).

    I've looked but couldn't find anything with fast charging of the power bank itself.
