How to Fix Spectre? I Have Updated BIOS

I followed this video and updated my bios to the latest version from the motherboard's website but inspectre still says my pc is vulnerable to spectre. Any idea on what to do next? Thanks.

    Those bios notes don't say anything about the spectre / meltdown vulnerabilities..

    You cannot, it's a CPU hardware flaw. It can only be mitigated with some operating system changes, which affect performance. Or wait for a new generation of CPUs.
