Should fit. I replaced mine with similar unit from Clarion in 2001 Prado. All you need to do is measure the facia and see if fits in your dashboard, which given no screen should. The rest is a double DIN standard, so should be just a matter of getting adaptors from Aerpro (also available in Repco)
Is your unit flat or does it have any odd design?

Do I only need to measure if it fits? Anything else I need to consider like how it secures in?
All units have multiple mounting options so that will fix. Sometimes depth matters but usually on higher end models due to LCD screen etc.
The round edges might be a problem, but could be fixed with a file😁
