Is the IKEA Free Birthday Princess Cake Still A Thing?

I've read previously that IKEA demands a printed out email of the free birthday cake voucher. But I never received an email.

Does anyone have any recent experience with this? Preferably at Tempe, NSW.

  I joined years ago and received my IKEA Family Card (and constant newsletters about the new features and terms and conditions). But thanks to your tip I've now discovered that I can't login. Even though when I repeatedly verify my email they know my name and the temporary password requests are sent successfully to my inbox. You can't have your cake and eat it when a server is misconfigured.

same here, i never get email for years. they also asked me for email when i tried to redeem yesterday. since joining, i have never logged in to check my profile. i just logged in today and found out my DOB is blank. i think that's the reason i've never get email from them. i have updated it now and will wait for the email, perhaps another year.
