It will be for our lounge so I am thinking 5kw or above.
I have been looking online but I'm finding it really hard to find star ratings, it's frustrating.
Can anyone recommend one that is reasonably quiet?

It’s nearly the end of the month and registrations still aren’t open. Sigh. Qld gvt is useless.

I think there aren't too many brands with 4 star rating and above for 5KW systems. Only some models of Panasonic, GREE, Daikin and LG.
Same boat, installed new Fujitsu 2.5k early Jan. still waiting for these useless….ds to have application form available to claim a $300 rebate.
So any 4 star air cons under $1k? Or is that unrealistic?
Yeah its not always easy to find the star ratings. Good guys have it on their website.
Interestingly the only 4-star one I see that is 5kw is the Panasonic CS/CU-Z50TKR. It must be hard to achieve in the larger sizes.
