i have one of these… they are seriously solid. definitely would not hold it and think "cheap chinese stuff"
It will only run off a single 18650 battery so you need one of these and a good charger. It will not run off two smaller 16340/rcr123 as that is likely too much voltage. CR123's are expensive in Oz.
Damn would love another good torch if it ran with AA's.

Hi it uses 18650 battery, you should be able to find at Bunnings.
Id only use good quality 18650 batts…
Last time I looked catch had some Nitecore 18650's . Olight.. nitecore.. brands should be good.
If 4sevens opens up again …they sell a very nice very portable pocket charger that charges all barrell shaped Nihms and lithiums.

Hi Sorry OZB crew, I have been on leave and returned today. I havent been able to secure enough interest to get the P16TAC, the supplier is asking for 75 to 100 plus pieces to give any price breaks.
So not looking to feasible at the moment if changes I will update here.

FYI if anyone's P15 doesnt work, check your battery positive terminal is actually making contact with the touch.
The P15 positive contact is recessed and may not actually touch positive terminal of 18650 cell.

A good price for local stock, or for anywhere, for that matter. I'd take the RRP with a grain of salt though, as they are easily found for $55-60 on ebay from HK sellers.
