  • Come on jv, I'm waiting for your vote here!

  • discounted because 16gb is better value?

  • ipods ought to accept flash memory cards as do other mp4 players. It could be encrypted so music ownership stays legit and satisfies itunes. For the larger storage size, Apple are really driving the profits home at $x per GB above what its really worth.

  • Seems to still shows the $186 price when you view it on BigW and my local store hasn't changed pricing so seems weird to me

That's coz the sale starts Thursday. So how about removing the -ve vote.

      • Cheers I missed that but all fixed now

  • Be warned, these new Nanos (generation 6) are absolute garbage. My wife bought me one for my birthday and it's useless. The touch screen is horrible, all the controls are simply wrong, the buttons are in the wrong place, it's impossible to use in a pocket without looking at it, you really need two hands to use it because of the stupid swiping action to go between screens. Also there's no off button so the damn thing constantly goes flat. The thing goes into 'sleep' mode after 36 hours after no songs have been played, but the battery still drains in sleep mode so if you want to use it three or four days later the battery has already discharged. I'm trying to work out how to get rid of it without wife noticing. It deserves to die a violent death.
