Is it some sort of damage repair? a perm? or something else?

I walked past one Japanese hair salon in Chatswood that had a sign up advertising 'Eyelashsperm' I think they maybe meant Eyelashes Perm and left out the E by accident, but from what I've seen on various Japanese websites, the way they spelt it may actually be what they are offering. That could be the special treatment.
