Real Estate Agent (for Selling a Property) in Inner West Sydney?

May not be the best place to ask but I like you guys..

Can anyone recommend a Real Estate/Property Agent in Inner West Sydney area (Strathfield/Burwood)? Looking at this from the perspective of selling an apartment.

I'm actually already quite firm and confident with Devine Real Estate but wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions in the area before I lock in with them.

    You can save a lot of money selling it yourself. Have you considered that?

      Yes but have you considered that getting a real estate agent is an investment to get your own time back, and to leverage off someone else's expertise and experience in the market?

      If it costs, for example, $5k but I get an additional $10k in sale price, then I'm already $5k up.

        This is exactly right. I place a lot more value on my time so having a "professional" do all the leg work can be worth it.

        That being said, there's a lot of dodgy agents out there.
