I don't understand these deals. Postage costs a lot more than 40 cents (or so) - so what is the profit motive for Zapals? Nobody runs a business to lose money (at least not for very long) - so what's the story? Are these "door-busters" designed to get you on site to buy something else? Any ideas?
Postage in China is heavily subsidised to promote overseas sales. So they wouldn't lose out.
I've always assumed that they do something "dodgy" to make a tiny profit but lots of sales by offering items for next to nothing and getting money in from the rebate. Not sure but it must be something like that.
My take is in China, postage is a fraction of the cost here. Eg $1 to send a letter in Oz! However zapals looks at it as a business opportunity for them to gain a valid email and customer for other profitable items.

Some people will forget to apply the coupon, select an expensive shipping option or order multiple and be charged full price.

I've never had a problem with Zapals, Gearbest or Banggood. I've had trouble with a DD4 parcel addressed to a locker not arriving, but I'm still unsure if that was an ongoing problem or a one-off stuff up by Aus Post.

Hope someone familiar with Zapals tracking can help. I was new to Zapals, signed up and ordered this.
The shipment email sent after the order said "Shipped by HK Post" and provided a Tracking number. Got the email on 24/01/18, but did not verify tracking until now.

When I entered the tracking number, what I got back was :
There is no record on the subject item.
Please ensure to input the correct item number, or refer to FAQ to understand the reason of no record.
