I definitely have the 4 freebie costumes, but Nostalgia Akuma for example isn't there. I've read on SRK that base game users won't get any freebies (e.g. S1 and S2 items and will need to grind them out or pay for them).
I don't play the game so I don't know much… But it appears I have 0 freebies just by skimming through the Capcom shop and champ select -_-
Maybe I gotta play the story or whatever to unlock them, or get none at all… doesn't bother me since I couldn't get into the game.

If are planning to buy the Season 3 Character Pass getting this first might lock you out of getting the Nostogia customes pre-order bonus. I can't confirm if this is the case here with SF5 Character Pass 3 but the PSN is dodgy like that and typically screws over people that own part of a bundle and never lets you buy it.

This doesn't even appear as a package for Steam as DLC (see http://store.steampowered.com/app/310950/Street_Fighter_V_Ar…). I logged in and tried to get them, and they were $3.99 each. Shame, as these three are the very best costumes out there. Beautiful.
Don't have the game, but get it first anyway. Can't imagine how much they would charge for it. Who knows if I will get the game or not, get it for free now
has anyone actually confirmed this because i noticed this on saturday when looking for the new season 3 pass, saw it was free and clicked through to purchase and it did….. but a) it never goes through and you never get them & b) when i attempt it now it says you're not eligible or goes from free to purchased as though i've got it already. however, i certainly don't have these costumes in game…
i'm pretty sure this is in error and is meant to be just a freebie bonus ONLY when you buy the new season 3 pass before end of january.
confirming myself, had to restart/reload SFV and they finally appeared in game…
SFV has too many in-game purchases, I am sure there will be Season Pass 4 in future.
