Bought this laptop yesterday, pretty good price I think. SSD is able to upgrade easily. memory support to 16GB.
4GB memory is $80 cheaper, but prefer 8GB version,

Why not? It does the job and it's strong enough to take hit now and then,
Suitable for office work, admin job.
Usually older chunky Dell laptops.
I prefer to pay $20 more for the i5 model (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/354634) even 4G RAM less then this one.
1366*768 LED display just kills it for me, otherwise would have been perfect!
1366x768 I can consider for certain uses… if it was IPS. This is a TN panel… what the heck were Lenovo thinking?
I use these at work and besides the screen, they are great laptops. long battery life, small form factor.
4gb extra for $80 wow that’s a rip off
I was also under the same impression, but a quick Google search turned that it is on par with most retailers. Are you aware of any cheaper deals on the RAM (genuine question). Thank you.
Average would be about $50 use the memory type to search on eBay etc
where to pick up ?
did you buy it in store? or buy online and pick up in store?
I could not find the details for store pick up as I could not wait for the delivery as I am going overseas
I hope our military doesn't use laptops with specs like this
