I purchased a notebook from them and all was good, it was shipped in a couple of days and arrived in about 4 days.
Went to set up windows…..can't install English windows (it was sold as having English windows so I don't have to muck around with installing my own version).
It has been 7 days since I received the notebook and 2 days since I had any response from after sales support. Obviously I can't use the notebook and was hoping to take it overseas on Monday which I doubt will be happening. Not impressed.
I expected after sales support to be average coming from China…but not this average. I buy tech from China on a regular basis but this is the first time I've had any issues.
If anyone has had a similar issue, please let me know what the fix was.
Beware of Geekbuying though. I don't think I will be purchasing from them in future.
It often takes a week for me to receive any after sales support reply from stores in Australia…
