Had a look at the website and look at the video in Millennium Falcon 3D Metallic Puzzle, Please be aware this website is selling China fake copy! Not the one from Metal Earth (original) From the video, you could see the quality of the items in the package is quite different with the pictures, so I think this Eiffel Tower is the same
The only quality issue I've had with these Chinese copies is the instruction printing isn't the best, but you can look up the instructions online and just use them instead. Granted I haven't bought any "proper" versions of the models to compete with, but for a dollar each I can't complain.
I have the Chinese version of all the star wars vehicles and the quality is fantastic!

Not strictly necessary, but generally I find some small pliers (often two pairs), round objects of varying diameter to roll pieces on, and something with a sharp corner to make long folds are useful. It doesn't look like there are round bits on the Eiffel Tower model though.
I bought one last year from ebay, no tool needed but I think you will find it easier to assemble if you use a eyebrow clipper to bend the bits. Good luck!
