might be worth a try probably couldn't to make it any slower
WD40 gets stuff unstuck right?
Will try and provide update on the results.Sort of. If you don't clean off the WD40 it will attract dusk and become sticky. It's not really lubrication. Try Inox.
Good review on their eBay store lol..
$5.95 for 400g @ Bunnings
it's $5.99 at Bunnings for 400 grams, so per 100 grams $3.99 for 150 grams isn't very good value
Are there any other WD-40 alternatives that do the same thing but cheaper?
There are different brands that do similar things yeah.
Aerostart does a similar job for instance I think.
Crc Aerostart is to start an old engine etc whereas the other crc range have the lubrication/anti corrosion like wd-40
Uh-huh. Yep, fair enough. It prob has similar properties, in terms of water repellency, but yeah it is like 50% petrol, so :0, yeah I won't be using that on the old carpet like they sometimes recommend WD-40 for. That could turn out, badly.
Can't say for sure if they are cheaper but CRC 5-56 and RP7 are similar, off the top of my head.
RP-7.
This is the small can people. Bunnings have the 400gm can for two bux more.. everyday!
Supercheap has specials on degreaser whoch works similar to wd-40 for $1 a can sometimes.
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/348140Enough of this WD-40 rubbish. Red Dot used to sell the real genuine non-fake VVD-40:
http://dorna-hunting.com/file/_VVD_403.pngGP Paint thinners probably will work in a spray bottle?
Supercheap sell it for $13.50 - 4 litres, when on sale.Dunno about degreaser for lube but Repco are doing 4 for $10 for brake cleaner.
Wonder what would happen to my download speed if I spray this on my FttN NBN connection.
