Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has a home loan through CUA please, and if so, what has been your experience with them to date?
We are considering refinancing with them, as their current variable rate is almost 1.2% lower than we are currently paying.

Have a family member who has got a loan with them.
If you can live with mediocrity of systems and don't mind calling them, they seem to be pretty good with the product features.
However, if you hit a roadblock it might take bit more time than you would expect when you compare it with big banks.
I am not saying you shouldn't go with them, but my cousin told me that there was an CUA employee who said that her settlement didn't go through because at the time of settlement she was told an hour before settlement that CUA doesn't have one document which is required before settlement goes through.

My experience was terrible.
Took almost 1 Year to refinance.
That was about 3 years ago. Hopefully, they have changed.
I wouldn't recommend or, use them again.
