Lodge a support ticket with your order number there is an option to cancel the order. You can also pm the rep Sunny here she will sort it out for you but it usually takes a day or two for her to respond
Sorry what's a support ticket? I checked my accounts orders page. There was no cancel option
Top right hand corner you will see a drop down menu titled 'Support Center' click on it and it will give you an option to 'Submit a Ticket'
Make sure you enter the order number and scroll through the various options and you should see 'cancel an order' as one of them.
