Just wondering if anyone else is missing a lot of items from gearbest?
50% of my items arrived over the past two months so am missing about 5 or 6 items.
Examples include Xiaomi lightbulb, Google pixel glass cover and a charging Pad. Other items are a bit cheaper
I submitted a few support requests and they disappeared or were deleted so submitted again today
Anyone had similar experience or advice?
It's highly suspect you're missing so many parcels. Maybe the problem is at your mailbox?
Yes I agree. I've ordered >30 things in the last few months and everything has arrived. Xiaomi fans, yeelight bulbs, camera tripods etc. All arrived in 1-8 weeks. Average delivery time (Sydney CBD) has been about 3 weeks for me (even over Christmas).
Normally everything arrives eventually, I thought perhaps delayed because Xmas

Everything i've ordered arrived..
2 Xiaomi pens, separate transactions, weren't delivered. As of 3 days ago they apologized and have reshipped them.
My experience with gearbest, other than these pens (which I can live without for now) had otherwise been great. Good support.
Delivery, while slow, has always been predictable and expected.
Everything I've ordered has (eventually) arrived.
Ordered from them 3 times, all arrived within 3 weeks.
i've had a few items that have sat at customs for a week or 3 lol
Not South American headphones, were they?
oh i'm so stressed they were gifts for my friends at my wedding, they did appear to be heavier than normal???????????????
All my items i ordered in Nov and Dec arrived, albeit it took freaking longer than usual even with express shipping.
I'm fairly certain one of my mid November parcels has gone missing. It's the Original XiaoMi Bluetooth 4.0 Speaker

Did you lodge a support ticket?
I opened a ticket on gearbest, they told me to wait till the 17th.
Just yesterday lodged a ticket on Paypal and this morning I received a refund in full. Yay.
I feel your pain, most of the stuff I've ordered from them has arrived, the stuff which costs less than a dollar is here in 10-14 days the more expensive ones like the powerboard took 5 weeks but the stuff from around 11.11 which I was looking forward to the most has taken all of 2 months to get here. Got stuff ordered after that too but items from that period took the longest to arrive.
Talking to the postie, he seemed to say they have been exceptionally busy in the weeks after Christmas too this time, so assuming that has a lot to do with it.

Sounds about right, delivery times are 2-8 weeks.
No issues with my orders.
I contacted gearbest after the item I (microsd card) purchased in november failed to show up. They offered me a refund but since I need the card I have asked if I can get the card instead since I had waited all this while. Was told to reconsider the refund as the card was not in stock.But clicking on my orders and the card it shows as its available for sale albeit at a higher price. Makes me think the item was not sent out when they realised they were losing money due to an ozbargain deal. This kind of lying right to your face pisses me off. I had not opted for tracking. I am keen to know if the missing parcels are all the non tracked type.
