Nope. I have found that these chargers are pretty good and have had no issues with them whatsoever.

With regards to noise mine definitely makes no noise at all.
I get that same noise and from the same seller, i googled the noise and its some type of coil winding up and normal. Really good value for money these.

That's not true, you lose some power in the conversion from battery voltage to 5v then back down to battery voltage. At 5V you actually get 6900mah output according to the Xiaomi website.
Well then 6,900 / phone capacity.
Nobody here cares about the power losses in the buck/boost converter. It's absolutely minimal. There's losses in your cable and tin plated connectors and even more losses in your phone. I don't think anyone cares about that either from a regular consumer point of view.
I actually think more people should be worried about the 6900mAh and the false advertising.
