Yeelights and Motion Sensor (Which one)?

I am in front of Zara before opening hours. It's dark inside. The opening manager open the door and walks in; all the lights triggered and the store is now brightly lid. Question: what do I need to emulate this at home? Definitely not GH lol.

If i do it based on location (IFTTT), it's no good because I only want it lid when I enter, and not within area vicinity.

But once it triggers, I want it to stay on.

Things that I have and prefer to work or compatible with:

Yeelight
Google Home (probably not relevant)

Electrical & Electronics

Can I just use this and that:

Xiaomi Mi Smart WiFi Remote Control Multi-functional Gateway Upgrade

Xiaomi Smart Door and Windows Sensor

Along with my Yeelights?

  Cheapest option would be to purchase the following:
  - Xiaomi Wifi Gateway
  - A Xiaomi door sensor or A Xiaomi motion sensor
  - Some RBGW yeelight bulbs
  
  Set all to Mainland server and you are good to go. The whole set up would cost about $50 depending on how many bulbs you want (I recommend 2 Yeelight bulbs per room)
  This set up won't work with GH though.
