  • For the special price to apply, you need to click on the UTM link in the description.

  • What would SoT be for a device like this, my guess would be not much judging by the battery?

  • SoT?

The standby on this is 11 days, not sure how long it would be when actively in-use.
The Amazfit BIP on the otherhand has 45 days standby or 22 hours of continous GPS use.

    • What does SoT stand for? Something to with battery life?

      • System 'on time' maybe?

        • @m9: yeah, that makes more sense ;) I was mixing it up with SoC.

I have 24hr Heartrate monitoring on and do a couple of hrs of running a week, the watch lasts for 5 full days

  • Ok price…..was cheaper before but I didn't bite :(

  • I had one of these from gearbest. Worked well for about a month but I let it go flat and now it won't charge/turn on.

  • The new version has been launched with more functions and 3 buttons. It revealed that the touch screen might not work when your finger is wet.

  • I've had one of these since November. So far I really like it, with a few caveats:
    * App syncing (IOS) sometimes completely barfs, and you get "connection failed" in the app. Sometimes you need to restart the app, sometimes remove the watch from bluetooth devices, sometimes reboot the watch and/or the phone, and in one case I had to factory reset the watch. It's annoying.
    * If you're not in a rush, especially if you swim, consider waiting for the Amazfit Stratos (Pace II). They're expensive now but prices will drop quickly no doubt.
    * $131 isn't cheap for this device. I got mine for ~ AU$105 shipped using a coupon code from the Gearbest rep.

    • Amazfit Stratos (Pace II) is twice the price here

      • Yeah. I'd expect that at this stage. Like anything, give it a month or two and when it gets around to all of the retailers and there is some competition about prices will drop. If you buy now you're paying the early adopter tax.

  • The rep gave me a code AlibuyASW1 for https://www.gearbest.com/smart-watches/pp_605468.html?wid=21.

It brings it down to $117.95. Hope it help if you are looking for a bargain.

I am sure I have seen it for cheaper though.

Just letting everyone know, Gearbest took 2.5 months to deliver this watch to me when I bought it.

  • This or fitbit blaze?

also , does it work with Apple

    • for me the question is this, Pace 2 or Fitbit Ionic.

I'm already a Fitbit user, and my Charge HR completely crapped itself 2 days ago, and I kinda like the Fitbit ecosystem… Not sure you can sync data from the Mi-Fit ecosystem to the Fitbit one…

It works with an iPhone/iOS but I don't know anyone using it with an iPhone. A work mate has one and uses it with his Galaxy Note 8.

Apparently he bought it on an app called Geek for as low as AU$12 + $2 shipping. Can't confirm it as I haven't gotten around to checking out the Geek app on iOS.

    Cheers.

    • It work son iOS. I just received from last sale (took 2.5+ months) yesterday and works fine with iOS

  • Can anyone comment about the messaging functionality? Would it only be sms or can it support whatsapp or line etc?

    • it displays all the notifications on the watch received on phone (sms, ozbargain, ring…)

      • Thanks so much for this reply. Are you able to answer messages or can you just read them?

        • just read them

  • It took TWO months to come….. I can't recommend them
