I have ordered from Amazon.de and it is stuck at "we've got your order" for about 10 days now, and that was even with the AmazonGlobal Expedited Shipping. They do not allow enquiries like eBay? Has anyone dealt with them before, how do I contact the customer service? I couldn't really find much on google, they all redirect to my order page. Thank you so much!
