Hi,
My wife and I are planning for our first trip to North America, Canada specifically. Our plan is to stay there for 2 weeks, mainly visit Vancouver area and surroundings..
Can anyone recommend some cheap flights, especially with Star Alliance airlines.. Flexible with dates and times - so long it is in May, June or July..
Flights from Sydney to Vancouver (Canada) - May, June or July

Awesome
Unless you like drinking, plenty of breweries in Vancouver.
(Canada) not Washington lol
Why don’t you have look on https://www.google.com/flights/
And filter star alliance airlines. Click on the month and it will show you the cheapest days to fly that month.Use skyscanner
Air NZ are usually the cheapest flights. Asiana and ANA are also worth a look.
They're the most expensive times of the year as it's winter here and summer there.
Just keep an eye out on websites like www.jetabroad.com.au, but don't expect amazing deals at that time of year.Last year I got $1,100 return Melbourne -> Los Angeles -> Vancouver
Departed June 29, returned July 10thThat will be perfect time and stop over, can you give me some more info on which airline and which website you used.
When you say surrounds, I hope you're including towns like Banff and Jasper. Driving there is very easy and the roads around fantastic (they were 4 years ago at least)
Lake Louise is worth a look as well.
It's as boring as Sydney.
Full of wealthy asians and other ethnicities with little to do unless you go during the winter.
