Internet Phone Bundle

Hi all,

Would like an idea on how much people pay for phone and internet and what the best deals that are out there.

We are currently with Telstra and feel we are getting a bad deal. Our bill is usually around $270 for Foxtel (platinum) 4000gb broadband and unlimited calls and text to landlines, standard Au mobiles and limited overseas.

Foxtel portion would be around the $139 mark.

Does anyone know of any cheaper deals, don't mind leaving Telstra and changing Foxtel package.

  Easiest option I can see is getting on to Telstra as you may be on an older plan.

  Having a quick look it seems you can get the exact same thing with them now for $220.

  Possibly even having a bit of a whinge you might get a credit for previous months too.

  Why have Foxtel? Have you tried something like Netflix?
