Comparison of Gold Class-Type Cinemas in Brisbane

There are several different ones available, such as Deluxe Cinema in Portside/Victoria Point ($12.50) and Paddington (I think). I have only been to actual Gold Class cinemas, but would like to hear people's opinions and comparisons between them all, eg. seat size/size of screen/number of patrons/food quality/service.

I was surprised that there's a difference in Gold Class Cinemas, too. Indooroopilly seemed to have a bigger screen and better bar, compared to the one at Chermside. They're both still great cinema experiences, but Indo is prob better value for money, since its waiting room is more spacious and the screen felt slightly bigger.

I would not order anything savoury from the Chermside menu. We didn't do the whole menu, but i think we tried seafood platter, Thai chicken curry, trio of dips… just like Coles-bought frozen foods. Didn't like it. I don't think anything is actually made on site. Ice creams were standard fare, OK. Other desserts tasted like they were supermarket-bought and reheated.

Didn't try cooked foods at indo.

Can anyone please add to this?
