Hey all.
My brother purchased a retropie from a company who package it all up with roms etc and I’m going to attempt to clone it.
Where is the best place to source a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B?
And has anyone cloned one before?
Cheers,

Yeah I am assuming if I clone his MicroSD and put it into another RPi it should effectively be the same unit as I believe all the operating system etc is all stored on the one SD.
I have heard the only issue is if when you image the card and the destination card is a few bytes smaller you can run into trouble.
Yes it should be a 1:1 clone the Pi doesn't care which SD card it is. You can copy onto a larger card.
That will work, just image his microsd and write the image to your new microsd. I've moved installations of Kodi from Rpi2 to Rpi3 without issue.
Core Electronics are pretty good.
Wait for a deal to come out here, make sure to sub:

How do you follow? I see options to choose Status, but that doesn't sound right.

I have got mine from Element 14
I have purchased various models, cases, etc from the official supplier.

Surely if you want to "clone" it you would know who the supplier is.
How easy/hard is it to get Animelab and Netflix apps working on one of these?
Are you talking about cloning an SD card?
