ANZ Travel Rewards - Booking Flight and Cancelling Card?

Hi all,

I am hoping to book a flight using the complimentary return ticket that comes with the ANZ travel rewards CC.

My question is whether it is possible to book the flight and then cancel my CC prior to the departure date?

My CC is due for renewal on the 30th Jan

  Definitely possible. I booked my flight then cancelled the card long before the departure date, no issue.

    Do you know if the flight is per anniversay year or per year? I signed up in Feb, wondering if I'm able to book the new flight now (needs to be 60 days in advance, so annoying)

      I'm 99% sure its anniversary year.
