Xiaomi Body Sensor vs Xiaomi Aqara Body Sensor

Hi all,

Can I please ask all the Xiaomi enthusiasts out there, what is the difference between the two?

It looks like Aqara has an attachment for mounting, but otherwise is the same?
How is the non-Aqara one mounted otherwise?

Aqara has mount that can swivel and also has a lumens detector.

Edited. Aqara has additional lux light sensor.

Note that the lux/lumens sensor is only sent at time of movement
