Qantas Ultimate Amex CC - $450 Travel Credit and/or Qantas Domestic Return Flight?

I have booked a Qantas Domestic Return Flight and noticed that logging in the Amex travel https://travel.americanexpress.com.au/travel/arc.cfm?tab=h
I still have the $450 Travel Credit.

is it possible to double dip both?

    Yes book another flight which you dont need just to try. Makes perfect sense.

    Is it the anniversary of your credit? IE Spent the old credit and this is your new?
