Any reviews from buying from this store?
I've bought stuff from them many times over the years. Never had any issues.
Their service response is fine but expect to have to pay for postage if you want to RMA for warranty. I had to RMA a Logitech keyboard with them and they insisted I have to post it to them even though I worked a couple of blocks from their warehouse, I was not allowed to drop it off myself. I ended up just contacting Logitech myself and they just sent me a new one with a prepaid return satchel. So I don't really order anything big or bulky with them anymore, imagine having to post a monitor or full size PC back for RMA.
That ****** ridiculous, because I know they have a warehouse in Alexandria. I don't see the issue of having it dropped of if that is more convenient. It's either me or Mr postman, so what the diff???
Multiple times I've purchased from PC Byte over these guys (and I'll continue to do so wherever I can) purely on that alone, and the risk they won't allow you to drop it off, especially if its something like a monitor, that's just plain dumb in retaining customers.
I bought a monitor from them and the power pack was DOA. Had to go back to Asus for warranty.
What's the deal with the controller? It's saying you can use it wirelessly or wired on Xbox, but only wired on PC. If it's an Xbone S controller w/ Bluetooth, surely it will work on a PC with Bluetooth?
scrimshaw originally commented that this was a wired controller with no audio jack which was incorrect info
Got myself the monitor after missing out on the $199 deal. Extra $50 for curved is not bad though.
Shipping to Sydney is $8.95 :-(
But only 6c for the second item
$18.95 for insured to Melbourne. Fair price for a large item
500gb Ssd "was $399" lol….. back in 2014 maybe
1080p on a 32" monitor is going to disappoint. Sure, the price is cheap but have suitably low expectations to not be disappointed. Also, curved screen = forget about excel spreadsheets
Is the monitor a good buy? I have compared the price on ebay and amazon. The cheapest i can get is $280+. Plus MSY is selling it at $374
SSD is not $189 delivered. Delivery is extra 11 bucks. Title should be 189 + delivery
The 500GB SSD is $179.90 and postage is $9.95 so its $189.85 posted
The micro sd card is out of stock :(
