Free Crypto Zencash Coin Using Their Official Faucet Tap Once Every 20 Hours

290

Guys, if you have a ZenCash Wallet (there’s one in Bittrex and Cryptopia) you can get Free Crypto: ZenCash coin at their official site using their ZenCash Tap Faucet:
http://getzen.cash

It’s free and they are giving away around 0.0005 (or up to 0.0015 if lucky) each “drop” once per IP address per wallet address per 20 hours.

There’s around 12.4 Zen left in the Tap last I checked.

1 Zen is about $43 USD in CMC and 0.0005 is not much but a good start and a good way to shut up your colleagues who keep telling you to get into Cryptocurrencies

To get a ZenCash Wallet, just download their official easy to use GUI Wallet for their home site

And what is ZenCash? It’s the world's first private, distributed, and reliable platform for communications, transactions, and publishing.

For those thinking this is a spam, please check the source. It came from their Official Tweet and is not like other spam/ad fueled faucets

For those using their downloaded Swing GUI Wallets, make sure you allow some time for the blockchain sync 100% before you can see the changes to your wallet amounts (So leave it connected in the background for the sync). I also had to query everywhere to realize this

Faucets are available for every coin and are nothing new nor are they a bargain. Think it's best for the forums.

    • Really?
is there one for Bitcoin that is legit and free?

What is a faucet? Sorry cryptocurrency noob.

    Thanks got my $0.02

Edit - your post should be 0.0005 not 0.005

    • Ah thanks! edited the post. Also just read if lucky, could score 0.0015 ZEN instead

  • hm… I downloaded "Jaxx" and entered my ZCash address but it tells me it's invalid??

    • +1

ZCash, ZClassic and ZenCash are all different coins. I put my Bittrex address in and can see the deposit pending

      • Yarp, heck, even some of the older coins have forked where there are two different exchanges but they aren't compatible :) Caught me a couple of times when I thought I found a bargain

    • As @azz said below, ZCL ZEC and ZEN are all different. The addresses look the same though.
      Jaxx doesn't support ZenCash.

It's a shit wallet anyway, pretending to be opensource but it's proprietary.

  • Check learnsomething.website for list of genuine faucets which pay in bitcoins, litecoins, dogecoins. If you want to earn more than do surveys on these sites or download apps.

PM me if you want to have list of other faucets with all the main coins.

As per your info site, it says those "other" faucets are fueled by Ads and such.

This Zen Faucet came from their Official tweet source and has no Ads.

      • I just posted the link because someone earlier asked abt bitcoin faucet. Didnt say anything abt Zen Faucet.

  • Thanks mate- this will get me started :)

  • First time user - so when i downloaded zen wallet it has under my own addresses 3x addresses. When I went to claim I copied and pasted the first address and it said it transferred it there. I refreshed and waited 5 minutes but still nothing?I assume it might take some time or have I sent to the wrong place?
As I currently have it open and running it seems to be downloading something for some reason, any way of telling what its actually doing?

    • Did you transfer to your public address?

      • i have no idea? im trying to find a list of instructions on how to use this thing

    • The first time you load the wallet it needs to complete a block chain sync first. Once the status is 100% you will then get the latest changes to the wallets

Took mine a few hours to completely sync 100%. After that it’s faster to sync daily

      • AH, Makes sense, thank you forthat

      • Why it does runs on the background?
What it was trying to do why it takes time to sync block chain?

        • I think most servers nodes are in US or EU so maybe that's why its so long. its about 1GB+ of data to sync for the first time.

Currently I only get 8 connections to sync

        • @Mirage:

Are they using our computers to do some processing or mining?

IT takes a ling time to sync and seems to be doing something in the background.

        • @atlinus:

Yeah it took me a couple of hours to fully sync the block chain. I’m on Telstra Cable and only showed 8 connections to sync from.
It doesn’t use your pc to mine so don’t worry. You just share your connection to sync the block chain I believe.
What % are you on in your sync? If the % get stuck then you may have an issue as t shouldn’t be stuck in the sync

        • @Mirage:

its running for several hours now and still less than 20% even it shows 8 connection.
It is not stuck but it is soo00… slow.

  • I've been using https://freebitco.in all be it a crawling process.

https://bitmining.zone seems suss… yet to see proof they pay out.
0.02000000 BTC Christmas Bonus seems too good to be true. You have to deposit minimum 0.01 btc from your external wallet for activation "Merry Christmas" Bonus (0.02 btc) and your account withdrawal system. o.O

Cheers for this new one OP…

Oh, oh… I almost forgot, have a KoCoin everyone :-) https://www.kocurrency.com/join-the-project/ I'm hoping they get wallet function soon.

    • Be aware that with many of these cloud mining mobs as far as I know you cannot withdraw what they call "the deposit". It's probably better described as a fee that pays for the 1 year plan. So if you "deposit" 0.01 btc and they add in 0.02 btc you then get onto the 0.03 btc plan with (normally) credit put into your account daily. Once you have mined enough to get past the minimum withdrawal amount, then you can withdraw what has been earned. Assuming it's not a scam to begin with.

I currently have an account on hashflare, and it is definitely going to pay for itself but frankly I would have been better off simply using the money to buy coins directly.

  • My Avast block the wallets as threats. Is not like they actually give us something.

  • Plugged in my bittrex details, and got .0005(ish) deposited pretty quickly. Currently US$44.64, so that would be about…. $0.02 but hey, free is free…. ;-)

Do it again in 20hrs and your total will be 0.04 :p but if Zen was to rise then that’s a whole new matter.. But mind you Zencash only really started in 2017 so it’s in its infancy stages I guess you can say

      • +1

Woah $60USD in CMC in the last few hours

        • +1

Yeah. I suspect that more 'day traders' are speculating on altcoin whilst Bitcoin is treading water…

        • @PlasticSpaceman:

I felt that way with many altcoins but ZenCash was static for quite some time, so what’s news..mmm
Checked their Twitter, and only thing mentioned was the their secure nodes payments will be out soon for those who have set themselves up as a secure node
