Tips for Hassle Free Returns of Mattress Purchased Online Eg 100 Days Trial Period

Thinking to do trial with online mattress purchase (eg Ecosa )first time.

In case if we don't find it suitable within the trial period, what things to note for successful return (without any issues/deductions)? Do they expect to have certain brand mattress protector on? etc conditions?

    Have you tried contacting them?

  • I would suggest you read the rules on their website ;)
Be prepared.. If you are trying to buy to use and then return they will ask why you are unhappy then they to appease you by sending other bits to remedy the issue (eg make it firmer or softer).
Never bought one, just seen the comments previously.

  • 100 NIGHT TRIAL POLICY:
If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of sleeping on your new Ecosa mattress, you may return it for any reason, and you are entitled for a full refund or exchange it for a different mattress size & model.
In the case of an exchange, you'll be responsible only for any difference in pricing.
Ecosa will cover any additional shipping expenses.
Ecosa will never resell a used mattress, your original mattress will likely be donated to charity. These collections can take up to 10 business days. If an alternative pickup is necessary, the related charges for the original mattress will be covered by Ecosa. All collections will be done within business hours.
Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is required. This policy is limited to one return or exchange per household, and it must be exercised directly with Ecosa no later than 100 nights after delivery of your mattress.

  • Their online chat rep:

Our return policy is really simple. If you don't like our mattress, we will pick it up at your house free of charge and offer you a full refund. You don't need to put the mattress back to the box. Ecosa does not resell any returned mattress, we will donate it to your local charity to help less fortunate families.Just make sure that it is still within the 100-night trial period and also make sure that the mattress is kept clean.

but i guess real q is what they consider as "clean"?

    • put on a mattress protector

  • Did you down vote our comments? :)
    Ask the question then.

  • I hope they run a black light test on returns.

  • Why don’t you go try in a store first so you save everyone else’s time and effort? Unless, you’re just trying to rent a mattress for free of course.
