Hi all, thanks for the Belong free SIM tip. Massive 30GB that i can't use up.
I just noticed on the app that you can gift the data to other Belong users. Does anyone know if I gift data to another account, would that reset the expiry? IE, If I gift my data on day 27 to a new account. Would that data on the new account last one day or another 28 days?
someone should start a thread for unwanted data. feel free pm me for my belong mobile no. if you have excess data you arent going to use before cancelling plan/sim.

I got that free sim and just now got another 15gig for an unknown reason and now I'm up to 60gig, is that normal? ;P I don't even really need it (got NBN now) so Ill prolly gift it.

Data doesn't expire on Belong, your data will just keep rolling as long as your account is still active (ie. you're paying monthly)
In your case, gifting your data from account A to account B would not touch account B's billing date at all; it would remain as what it originally is
