$20 seems like the normal price for generic wireless charging pads, this one doesn't even seem to have fast charging. 75% off a made up RRP doesn't make it a bargain.
For a few dollars more (or roughly the same price on sale) you can get the Blitzwolf Fast Wireless Charger

What is the output v/a? I doubt it very much fast charving capability.
