Yes this has Bluetooth.

Yes this has textured grip on the back.

  DX12 yes, DX11 not really. The 780ti performs between 1050ti-1060, RX580 is like on par with 1060 generally speaking. If you're looking for more power, I'd be looking at a 1070+
