    Thanks for letting me know. I know have the option of keeping my purchase with Harvey Norman or returning it and getting it from MSY to save $33 (does OW price beat MSY?). Never dealt with MSY before but I hear bad stories in particular their service and ACCC fines. Might be worth spending the extra $33 with Harvey Norman.

      I believe MSY have got their act together. I have found their Brendale store very good. Staff most helpful, no problems with returns. I have always purchased in store and deal in person avoiding the phone.

  Could I use something like this on my TV to replace the inbuilt speakers? Have optical out (Hisense N7)

    These speakers do have an optical port but more geared towards PC set ups. For TV set ups might be worth looking into this Sony system for a similar price: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/351423

    It can be definitely used along with a TV using the optical out. The performance is pretty good considering the price.

    I am unable to compare to the Sony recommended above.

      Thanks to both of the responses. Do you know if I'd need to use the separate remote control to up the volume? Or will the TV remote still work?

        With the Logitech, volume is controlled by the remote supplied with it and the TV has no control over it.

        So say you set the vol on the speakers as loud as you can / want then just control from the tv

      Just crossed Z906 off my like to have list and now wondering how to get the most enjoyment from them. Can anyone recommend any tips or sites. Any use with chromcasting movies. Is there anything better than Logitech Bluetooth talked about above.

        Just got mine today and they're pretty good value for money. You can get a chrome cast audio (on sale harvey Norman) which is better than the Bluetooth adapter especially if you have a google home.
