Can We Register Complaint for Groupon- Cheating Tour Value

Can we register complaint against Groupon site?

I booked one voucher value mentioned 50% than normal value. But when we to do the booking I found that original value of the tour is equivalent to 50% value only.

I am talking to Groupon support but they are not supportive.

    Did you buy it because you liked the price, or did you buy it because it's 50 percent off.

    This does amount to misrepresentation, but proving the latter above is hard.

    You could request to rescind the purchase due to the fraudulent misrepresentatin, if you can prove what you say is true.

    I have all valid proofs and already proved that it's false value. But not getting support from Groupon.
    So checking if we can register complaint in police? Or some where?

    Scoopon and Groupon ALWAYS inflate the value of the full price item.

    You should have checked the value of what you are buying BEFORE buying into the scam.

      I agree, but deal was sold with different compang name ( Amazing Vacations). But the actual travel company was different( ExtraGreen Travels)

    Is the Groupon voucher for a chinese speaking tour. The lower extragreen price is for a chinese tour and the english speaking tour is more expensive.

      Only issue is original prise mentioned as 99$ which is not mentioned at any of the stores.
      BTW i am not at loss. But I could have opted to go directly to Evergreen than through Groupon
