    They're very very different. The bt dongle is just a wireless audio bridge, whereas the Chromecast is a more self contained unit with internal streaming capabilities.

      Other way around. I think the Chromecast has a built in player - eg it can play from Spotify itself.
      
      The Logitech is just a Bluetooth dongle. It'll take bt audio from say a phone, and send it out over RCA cables (to say an amplifier)
