Hail Damage Repair Costs?

Does anyone know how much it costs to repair minor hail damage through a repair company
The damage is very minor but all over the car.

Tldr
5 cars hail damaged.
4 insured
Excess $800 each

We called insurance to make a claim.
Before we called some said hail damage is auto write off.
But insurance company said probably not as they have a hail damage repair machine

Was wondering if those hail repair services are cheap or cheaper than the excess

Cars are mostly your non premium Japanese ones. Eg Corolla, Camry, Civic

    The manual hail removal would be OK for a few large hits, to repair a larger area would be replace panel or bog, either way a lot of labour hence why they get written off.

  hail damage can be fix with an kind of suction pump. Same concept as the one for the toilet but specially used for hail damage.

  Without the year and models of the cars this post is pointless.

  A 15 year old corolla could easily be written off. A new Camry probably less likely.

  Currently going through the same thing. Had to pay $625 for asset and now currently picking a mechanic to repair. I think it's $40 or higher per hole depending on how bad it is. If your damage is light you can just use a cheap $20 suction tool off eBay to fix it.
